Please, accept our apologies for what ever reason your item must be returned, but, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
So, here’s how simple it is –
1) any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of our date of shipment to you; and,
2) you must provide us with reliable contact information for you; and,
3) we must receive a statement from you indicating the reason for the return; and,
4) you must package the item well to keep it safe from damage; and,
5) your item must be returned undamaged including damage caused in your shipment to us; and
6) you must include the original receipt as proof of purchase.
1) after we receive your item we will notify you that we have received your return
2) then we will check the item for damage and missing parts
3) if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you by the same method as the original payment method you used for your purchase
4) finally, we will notify you of the status of your refund
1) you will be responsible for payment of the return shipping costs
2) COD returns will not be accepted
3) your refund, described above, will include a refund of the original costs to ship the item to you
